What Mrs. Valera loves about LP is that family feel that you get when you enter the school not only with the staff but the families that attend. The families at LP are absolutely wonderful, always willing to help. Mrs. Valera enjoys encouraging her students to be followers of Jesus and teaching her faith.
Mrs. Valera started at LP in 2016. She graduated from Cal State Northridge with a bachelors in Liberal Arts and a teaching credential. She has been teaching in the Diocese of Orange for 13 years. She also has two years of experience as an Educational therapist, where she worked with students in a one-on -one setting who have learning disabilities.
Mrs. Valera is a mother of two beautiful children, a son and a daughter. In her spare time, she volunteers with her children’s sport teams. Mrs. Valera’s daughter plays softball and her son plays flag football. When they are not at a sporting event, they are road tripping, going to theme parks or eating! Or chasing their dog, Shaq, around.
