From the very beginning of my life, my faith journey was intertwined with the Catholic traditions that were a cornerstone in my family. Born to a mother who kept the Catholic faith at the center of her life, I inherited a deep and abiding connection to spirituality that has guided my path ever since.
My educational journey unfolded at La Purisima Catholic School, a place that not only imparted knowledge but also nurtured the seeds of faith within me. Today, I am proud to serve as the principal of La Purisima Catholic School, leading an institution that has played a pivotal role in shaping my identity.
Academically, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, laying the groundwork for a commitment to excellence in education. This dedication continued with the pursuit of a Master’s degree from Cal State Fullerton, where I deepened my understanding of educational leadership.
Recognizing the unique intersection of faith and education in the context of Catholic schools, I obtained a Certificate in Catholic School Administration from Loyola Marymount University. This credential underscores my commitment to preserving the distinctive character of institutions like La Purisima Catholic School.
As an alumna of La Purisima Catholic School, I share a profound connection with the institution, having sat in the very classrooms where our current Cavaliers now learn and grow. My roots are firmly planted in the foundation laid by the Sisters of the Company of Mary, and I carry their legacy forward with pride.
Furthermore, my personal connection to La Purisima extends beyond my own educational journey. My own children experienced the enriching environment of La Purisima from preschool through 8th grade, further cementing our family’s ties to this cherished institution.
