Thank you for your interest in La Purisima Catholic School. To start an application, please:
| _____ | Complete and return the New Student Information Sheet and Pre-Kindergarten Application (if applicable) to the school office with a $25 non-refundable application fee (per child). ASAP! |
Please submit the following paperwork to the school office. All paperwork must be submitted together (except for the teacher evaluation).
Please note: incomplete applications will not be accepted.
