Principal's Message

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Annette Zaleski and I am over-joyed to be the new principal at La Purisima Catholic School.

This opportunity is a "homecoming" for me - I served this community as a teacher and member of the leadership team for 16 years. It has been 10 years since my departure and lots has happened in that time. After earning a Masters degree in Catholic Educational Leadership from the University of San Francisco, I went on to become the principal of St. James Catholic School in Perris, California. I also served as Associate Superintendent in the Office of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of San Bernardino for four years before being called to the principalship at Rosary High School in Fullerton were I have spent the last three years. It is a delight to "come home" to the LP family!

I look forward to meeting or becoming reacquainted with each of you! Please do not be a stranger - one of the joys of working in a school and parish community is interacting with students, parents, and parishioners. I am thrilled to be back in a school associated with the Sisters of the Company of Mary - some of the finest Catholic educators in the world. The La Purisima community is steeped in faith, fun, and fellowship. Again, it is a pleasure to be back.

Mary, Most Pure - pray for us!

In Christ,
Annette Zaleski
